The breakfast was good on the rate, enjoyed it. The staff was welcoming and courteous when needed. The accommodation had a central location to the bus stop going to the ski stations. There was Harry's Ski Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The rooms here are clean and nicely renovated, featuring balconies, and the breakfast offers a delightful selection including fresh bread, fruits, eggs.

This place is a great spot for a trip, our room had stunningly beautiful views of the mountains.

Excellent staff, Trudy checked us in and provided hot tea in the morning. They stored our luggage after check-out so we could hike to the Matterhorn. Great view from our room. Convenient and peaceful location near the train station. Loved it.

During my stay at the hotel, I arrived quite late, well past 23:00, due to traffic delays. However, the staff at the hotel had made special arrangements to ensure that I could easily check-in and access my room without any additional charges. Their thoughtfulness and assistance really made a difference in making me feel welcomed.

Although not present in the room, the fact that the hotel served tea and coffee in the bar downstairs during the day until 10:00 pm was not a problem for me. It was a small inconvenience that was easily overcome.

overall real good stay on vacation. spotless place with beautiful views and comfortable location in beautiful zermatt 2 minutes from gonergrat ride up the hill. good sized room, comfortable bed and neat bathroom. location so close to the railway station in zermatt and ski lifts and shopping. reasonably priced food in the restaurants such as berghof, located 5 min away.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially for Swiss standards. The room was very large and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was great, as it was near the train station and the rest of the village. Additionally, being right next to the Gornergratbahn was very convenient for exploring the area.

No complaints about anything.
